Please follow these guidelines to determine shipping times.

We only ship to continental USA. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Box's, APO's or FPO's.

We ship from Oregon via UPS. Parcels shipped to the East Coast will generally take at least five working days (Monday through Friday) to arrive at the destination if you select UPS Ground as your shipping preference. There is no delivery time guarantee with UPS Ground shipping. Please keep this in mind during busy shipping seasons such as Christmas. Please see UPS Ground map below.

To make sure your order arrives on time please follow these guidelines:

1.  We ship the next business day after we receive your order.

2.  Orders shipped Next Day Air will arrive the NEXT BUSINESS DAY after we ship.

3.  Orders shipped 2nd Day Air will arrive TWO BUSINESS DAYS after we ship.

4.  Orders shipped 3 Day Select will arrive THREE BUSINESS DAYS after we ship.

5.  Orders shipped Ground have NO GUARANTEED DELIVERY TIME.

6.  Shipping refunds will be provided to our customers if UPS delivery time guarantees are not met, except where deliveries are delayed because of weather related conditions or UPS scheduled Holidays.

UPS Ground: (No delivery time guarantee!)

Orders shipped to East Coast typically arrive approximately 5 business days from the day we ship.

Order shipped to West Coast typically arrive approximately 1 to 3 business days from the day we ship.

Please keep in mind that UPS does not count Saturday, Sunday or Holidays as BUSINESS DAYS so these weekend days and Holidays are not included in the delivery time calculation.
