Of all the flowering plants the rose is probably the most popular and most commonly grown. It comes in a rainbow of colors and has a wonderful, pungent, flowery smell. It can be hybridized relatively easily which allows for the creation of new varieties. The only drawback to this otherwise magnificent plant would be the thorns that one needs to contend with while manicuring the plant. Our rose wind chime was inspired by this beautiful flower. The rose wind chime has a casting of a rose on the top support and the wind catcher.
