Policies Our Customers: We believe that the success of our business is dependant upon how we treat our customers. We will make every attempt to satisfy every customer and treat all people with dignity and respect. We are a business and need to make money to survive. But we will not compromise our integrity, at the expense of our customers, to make a buck. We are committed to providing the best products, service, communications, and price that you will find anywhere on the net for similar products. Satisfying our customers is, and will remain, our most important objective. Shipping: Shipping is via UPS. We offer UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next Day. We only ship to Continental US - We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. No Post Office Box's, APO's or FPO's please. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt, although it could be one to three weeks if the item you order in not currently in stock. Customers will be notified via Email when their order has shipped or if there are any delay's in our ability to ship your item. Please make sure to provide us YOUR correct email. "Customers" is defined as the person to whom the order is being charged in the BILLING INFORMATION field of our shopping cart. The receiver, or ship to person will not receive notification unless that person is also the purchasing customer. Please take note: if you have someone else order for you and their name appears in the Billing Information field of the order form, THEY will receive all correspondence from us. - If we can not ship within 48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends) we will offer you an immediate refund or the option of waiting for your item. We can only ship Monday through Friday since these are the normal UPS pick-up days. So if you order Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order will be shipped on Monday. We utilize UPS as our carrier but we can not control the quality of their service, therefore, we can not be held responsible for lost, late or damaged orders. We honor UPS delivery time guarantees. If you order and select a specific delivery time which has a delivery time guarantee from UPS, such as UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air, and your delivery is late we will refund your shipping charges. This guarantee does not apply if your delivery is late due to weather related delays. Customers should contact us if there are any problems with delivery. We will contact UPS and try to resolve the issue. You should allow one extra day for the delivery service you select. In other words, if you select 3 Day Select then the item should arrive 3 WORKING Days after the day we ship. For UPS 2 Day Air your order should arrive 2 WORKING Days after the day we ship. Next Day Air should arrive 1 WORKING Day after the day we ship. Keep in mind that UPS does not include weekend days in the shipping time calculation. As an example, if you order on Thursday and select 3 Day Select as your shipping preference we will ship on Friday. Your order will arrive on Wednesday since the first day is not included in the shipping time and the weekend days are also not included. Hawaii and Alaska customers - We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. - For more Shipping information please go to our Shipping page. Sales Tax: We do not charge any sales tax regardless of where you live. Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express charge cards via our Secure Shopping Cart. Security: Wind Chimes Pavilion, Inc. uses a secure credit card processor to protect and process your credit card information. Your credit card information is completely secure! Privacy: We vow that Wind Chimes Pavilion, Inc. will not sell or give your personal information to anyone. We also will not contact you with attempts to make further sales. We respect your privacy. Returns: All items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund regardless of reason, provided that items are in new condition and all literature and packaging is included. If you received damaged or incorrect items we will pay return shipping and refund your payment in full, including your shipping charges. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded unless we sent you incorrect or damaged items. We do not charge a restocking fee. Liability: We can not be held liable for any consequential damages that may arise because we sent a damaged or incorrect item or if your order arrived late. Our liability is limited to the original purchase price, including any shipping fees. Furthermore, we will not be liable for any damage or injury that may be caused by the use of our wind chimes or brackets. The purchaser is fully responsible for the safe and proper use of our products. By purchasing from us you agree to these terms. Warrantee: All items we sell are new and are warranted by the the manufacturer of the chime. We sell chimes manufactured by many different companies which have different warrantees. Please check with us for warrantee information on specific chimes. Sale Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse to sell our products to anybody, without cause or justification.
