Noah was a great biblical figure who is credited with saving life on earth during the great flood. Noah was obedient and, along with his family, toiled long and hard to build the huge ship. The ark had to be large because it had a large task ahead of it; to protect two of each animal that resided on the earth from the impending waters. Noah succeeded and the animals were saved.
