Moose
are the largest members of the deer family, which include
deer, elk, and moose. Moose antlers are distinct from that
of their cousins in that the antlers are broad and flat.
Deer and elk antlers are predominately round. Moose antlers
can exceed 6 feet in width and are re-grown each year. Moose
are herbivores and only feast on vegetation. Although these
large animals are generally placid, they can become
aggressive during the rut season. Our moose wind chime has
moose depictions on the top and wind sail.
The overall length with the bracket is approximately
28 inches. The longest chime rod measures 9 inches.
The bracket comes
complete with two stainless steel screws for mounting and will
never rust even in harsh and salty maritime climates.
