This is the grand daddy and largest Music of the Spheres chime we carry. As with the Soprano, Mezzo, Alto, and Tenor chimes, the quality is top notch in every possible way. The tone is the purest you will hear from any chime and the accuracy of tuning is perfect. This is a large chime so the resonance and ring time will be substantially longer than any standard chime of this size. In addition, this chime can be loud, by virtue of its thick tubes and overall size. Not everyone likes a loud chime and size alone does not equate to quality. In other words, just because a chime is large it is not necessarily a better chime than a smaller chime. But, if you desire a large chime that is heads and shoulders above ANY other large chime when it comes to quality of tone, tuning accuracy, resonance time, and volume, this chime has no equal. 

This chime is tuned to the popular pentatonic scale. The overall length is approximately 90 inches, measured from the knot where the support lines converge to the bottom of the sail. The longest tube is 51 inches long and tube diameter is 2 1/2 inches. All chimes in this series are made from thick walled aluminum tubing that has been powder coated with a dark gray matt finish.
